It may be that if I make changes so that it works in flex 4 it won't work in 3, in which case I will leave it as is and just concentrate on a new one specific for spark. I can get it working in mx, but not in sparc. I see the 'Type to filter' string, but nothing else of the combo-box. If I select the string, I sometimes get the dropdown list - but it has to be a fairly accurate hit on the invisible left border. Am I missing the obvious- or do I need to wait for a sparc version? The app could save this address to let interface prompt the user, but its also perfectly feasible for the use to enter new content.
